Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Trinity Travel is a small home based travel agency that has its own clientele and is trying to keep that audience informed about special offerings and travel deals that we offer on primarily a quarterly basis. I don't need a link to a booking engine. I want the customer to call or email the office for more information.
Owner of agency has 46 years in the travel industry and has lived in Jamaica and England
Specialists areas: Italy, Ireland, Great Britain, and familiarity with Western European countries,
Pilgrimages organized and escorted
Caribbean, Mexico, Alaska and Disney Vacations Specialist.
Agency familiar with all major cruise lines and has special pricing for most


HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

A good looking website that appears both fun and professional. A method to post new ads for current special offers and a way for the customer to request more information from the agency. Suggestions for different pages that give general travel tips (ex. how to get a passport) and pertinent information for the destinations currently offered. Links to specific websites (ex. trip advisor, TSA, US Passport office)


OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Customers are primarily honeymooners, families and religious (Catholic only) groups on Pilgrimages, couples cruises, and Foreign Independent Travelers.
