LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a real estate firm in Brooklyn, NY that focuses on apartment rentals. We do a lot of business via our website and videos, and we're looking for a more contemporary logo. Our current look and feel can be found at http://www.rapidnyc.com
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a new logo for the Rapid Realty brand. This logo should be modern and clean. It does not need to contain our name, but it should be emblematic.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our target audience is a 22-28 year old renter in New York City. They are moving to Brooklyn because it's a hip place to live, or perhaps they're moving to New York from somewhere else in the country. They probably have a roommate, and they like the city lifestyle.

We're looking for clean and versatile. We need to be able to use it on a variety of color pallets and materials.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
It'd be nice if the logo could allude to the idea of real estate, but it should NOT have a house in the logo -- we rent apartments not houses, for the most part.
The logo can include the name "Rapid Realty," but it's not a must. We're more concerned with having an emblem than having our name show up in the actual logo.
The logo should look good next to the words "Rapid Realty" -- perhaps your example can include how we might place the logo with our text, when putting them together.
