LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are working on a number of projects that will be centered around this character. The first project is an iPhone game for kids.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

I require an original character illustration to be used in digital media. The character is a cartoon-like tiny dog with lots of heart. He is sweet and peppy with human characteristics (wears clothes and glasses, speaks English, lives in a house, has both humans and animals as friends, etc..), sort of Stuart Little in dog form. He is not a particular type of dog. The dog's best friend is a young girl but he should appeal to boys as well.

The illustration should have the dog presenting something - imagine a "TADA".

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our audience is pre-school and young elementary school children.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Personality like Stuart Little. Colorful like Franklin.

Though the dog is targeted at a very young audience he should appear to be a bit sophisticated. I think the eye glasses help.
