Hey guys, it's crowdSPRING here - we just wanted to drop you a quick note about the Goal.com project. We've gotten a few questions about proofs on this project so we thought we'd clear things up. If you got one of the 20 runner-up awards, then you do NOT need to upload proofs. Goal.com was nice enough to add these extra 20 awards just to reward people for their participation in the project. They are not, however, buying the intellectual property for those entries - so you don't need to supply files. But do be sure to give them your info so they can get you your gift certificate!

Apologies for the delays. We just had so many entries to consider but nonetheless, things are a go for this coming Thursday 2nd of July for the voting to commence!

The finalists have been chosen. Now we need your help to pick Goal.com's new logo...

Thousands upon thousands of you from all over the world have submitted their designs for our new site logo, and we thank all of you for participating with such an enthusiasm.

The amount of imagination and dedication on show is a real testament to your creativity and artistic prowess.

But now we have the daunting task to chose from the finalists. A shortlist of 21 has been chosen, you can vote on which will become our new logo.

Twenty of these winners will receive a prize of $100, but there's more: one logo maker is in line to get the grand prize of $2,500 instead!

Voting is simple. Just register for free on Goal.com, log in, and select your favourite.

If you can't decide which is best, don't worry - registered users can vote for up to five of their favourites in every 24 hour period. After all, we have so many great logos that it's fine to have a bit of choice.

The poll will be up on Thursday July 2 - so get ready to vote! As soon as the webpage is ready, we will post it here so check back in a few days. Good luck to the finalists and thanks to everyone for your great ideas! (less)

PROJECT UPDATE: Today, we sent the buyer 48 hours notice concerning this project. If we don't hear from the buyer by Jun 12, 2009 02:30am CDT, a panel at crowdSPRING will make a determination and award this project, per crowdSPRING's User Agreement.

wow this site is terrible for large contests. none of the pages on any of my submissions will load. How on earth is the contest holder going to see all of the submissions?? This is entirely unfair to any designer whos submissions cant be seen.
