aw man. the only reason I withdrew my entry was because I thought the buyer bailed. Wish I could un-withdraw now.

Hi all, Just a quick note about this buyer's profile. The problem was that the buyer had a space in their username and because of this their profile would not display. Just a quick note about this buyer's profile. The problem was that the buyer had a space in their username and because of this their profile would not display. We have fixed the issue, by changing their user name to mark_mcleod and you should now be able to access their profile.

We require buyers to award their project within 7 days from the date their project ends. Although we previously had this as an informal policy, we have modified our user agreement to make this very clear (and the buyers are told this right when their project ends - and we also remind them daily).

As a young company (just celebrated our 3 month birthday!) we know some areas of the site are still not working as well as we'd like, but we are working hard to fix them and to make the experience on crowdSPRING even better.
