Creative brief

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a Chicago based nonprofit called Children's Oncology Services. We operate camps and programs for kids with cancer throughout the midwest. Our website is www.onestepcamp.org

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We have an annual event called Toque - An Evening with Chicago's Culinary Masters.
We are seeking a new logo for this event.

The event is focused on fine food and wine served by the best chefs the city has to offer.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our audience is 35yrs old +. Tickets for this event are $250, and last year, the average guest donated roughly $1,000. It is high end and sophisticated.

One problem we have is a potential patron not understanding what Toque means...
It is the accurate name for a french chef's hat.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

At this point we are open to all designs...elegance is important...not too edgy.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We must have the name of the event and a Toque in the design.

The event is referred to as Toque so that word should remain the emphasis of the design, the tagline, "An Evening with Chicago's Culinary Masters" helps us define what Toque means rather than the naieve assumption that the event is about smoking hookas all night. If that tag line can be built in, that would be great.

Finally, If it is possible to incorporate "to benefit Children's Oncology Services, Inc.", we are open to this, but it is not necessary.
