LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Currently our product "Buy That Duplex" is being redesigned and we need a new iPhone icon and logo for the application.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

An single iPhone app icon in 2 formats: One format is 57px square, 72ppi, RGB, flattened, no transparency, 24 bit PNG; the second format is 512px square, 72ppi, RGB, flattened, no transparency, high quality JPEG.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Real estate investors, real estate agents, real estate brokers

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

We're looking for something that expresses "dynamic", without invoking fear or panic. Currently we have not found any iPhone icon that we really like. But 10,000 applications is too much.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Our icon MUST match the new background (please see attached file).

If you search iTunes for "real estate" or "mortgage", nearly every single program has a house on the icon. We would like something different. Something that stands out.

Please don't use stock images. We've already been over all the sites looking for a generic logo.
