JayBird (jaybirdsport.com) designs and manufactures the finest Bluetooth wireless headphones for sports. Everything we represent stands for the very best quality, aesthetics, sports lifestyle, ruggedness, sweat and dust proof. If JayBird designed an iPhone 5 case, what would it look like? The Taktik case on Kickstarter.com is a great execution but too industrial and bulky for our liking. We are more minimalist and sleek and sporty. If Taktik is a hummer, and JayBird is a Porshe or BMW, how would a JayBird iPhone 5 case look? We would like to focus on an all-enclosed version for protection against elements. We're looking for the right designer for us. Win this project and there are others to follow using similar design DNA as JayBird expands outside of headphones. Budget for the project does not include the final precise detailed mechanical CAD. We do not need for mechanical design, we are seeking inspiration for design concept, so you can invest time on the creative side, not the detailed mechanical.

>>> NO SILICON OR RUBBER CASES PLEASE. ONLY PLASTIC OR METAL <<<
No silicon or soft materials, must be plastic and metal parts with mostly plastic to avoid problems with iPhone antenna.

Hi Everyone, thanks for all the submissions. We are checking on materials and will make a decision in the next week or two. Thanks!
We just wanted to let you know that the buyer in this project has not chosen a winner so we're going to close the project. Please know that we've made repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email but were unable to reach them.
To reward the loyal creatives who worked hard on this project and all the others on the site, we've taken the proceeds from this project and used them to fund our monthly cS Awards program. The cS Awards are issued every month based on varying criteria but are a simple way that we give back to the community and reward our creatives.
Thanks so much for participating and see you around the site,
