Describe the end users of your product design

Collectors of flashlights and people who want a flashlight so powerful it can cook eggs and burn wood.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your product design?

It should embody the Wicked Lasers design philosophy. It should look sci-fi and powerful. However, the Torch is not a Wicked Lasers, its a flashlight, so it should look significantly different than our laser products, namely the Spyder III Arctic

What products will this new product compete with?

There are no other burning flashlights in the world

What is your target retail price?

$99.95 - $149.95

What product design styles do you like?

Heavy Duty - Its a flamethrower in a flashlight so it should look the part. However, it needs to be easy to manufacture. Its always disappointing turning down very artistic concepts because its too complicated to manufacture. Its important that its cost-effective to manufacture the aircraft grade aluminum casing.

What colors do you want to see in your product design?

It should be black, however, we are open to other colors if it can look better than black. We would prefer a single color hard type anodization.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your product design?

Pink, Pastel, etc. Many colors do not look good with anodized aluminum.

What adjectives should best describe your product design?

Heavy Duty, Elegant, Futuristic Weapon

Describe the operating environment for the product.

This product can be used anywhere since its a flashlight, but we would recommend it not be used in easily flammable environments

Do you have additional info or links you'd like to share?

Try to imagine what the coolest looking flashlight out of a sci-fi movie (like Star Wars) would make a burning flashlight look like. It should be elegant and simple to manufacture as well as cheap to manufacture.
