We want a layout for a general presentation brochure for our company. In the future we want to be able to change the text and the pictures of the brochure in order to produce different brochures (one for each of our services). The brochure should have 6-10 pages, at least 4 different pages besides the covers.
The main theme of the brochure is represented by biodiversity (animals and plants). Our main services are in the area of biodiversity (ex: birds, bats, plants monitoring). Another important service provided by us is the environmental impact assessments of projects. That means that some “industry” can be incorporated in the brochure but not too much. However, what is more important is that the graphic of the brochure to reflect the message of our logo (two gears spinning with a flower) and the message of our strapline: partnership with nature. We need to convince our clients that we are the main choice as a service provider for environmental consulting (we can help them reduce the environmental impact of their projects/activities).
Beside the main cover and the last cover (the last one being much simpler I assume) the theme of the pages should be:
1. “Who we are” or “Who is EPC” (a short presentation of the company);
2. “What services provides EPC” (a list of services);
3. One page (at least) dedicated to biodiversity services;
4. One page (at least) dedicated to impact assessments (more desk work resulting in maps, graphs, etc).
You will use dummy text, as we don’t finish yet the preparation of the brochure content. However, please take in consideration that all the pages need to have pictures, some with personnel, some with animals or plants and some with maps/graphs, etc.
Additional to this task, the selected Creative will be requested to present a supplementary work of 3 pages (a cover, a portrait A4 and a landscape A4) representing the layout for our reports. The design should be much simpler than in the case of the brochure and of course, we are looking to see same graphical elements (as for the brochure) integrated in this supplementary task. A small additional payment will be made to the selected Creative for this additional work.
