Business Name

The Villas of Castleton

What do you do?

We are a 5 year old apartment community. 1 & 2 bedrooms only with median household incomes are 36-75k. Age ranges vary from young adult to senior but average household is 2 people.

How many pages of print design do you need?

1

List the size requirement(s) for your print design

18 X 24 or 24 X 24. The roadside signs will be corrugated plastic mounted on a small square post, so can also be, for example, a 24 X 24 with a half circle placed above it vertically to make it look like an arched sign. Could also potentially be some other geometric shape. Adding a rider to the sign is also okay.

What is your industry?

Real Estate and Construction

Describe the target audience for your print design

Age ranges vary from mid 20's to late 50's. 1-2 people households. Avg incomes between 36-75k. We want to appeal to the well qualified average Joe/Josephine

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?

Apartments for rent
text for info number and keyword
a great way to convey luxury/higher end apartments but without sounding snobby

What print design styles do you like?

Open to fresh ideas

What colors do you want to see in your print design?

Open color scheme

What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?

These will be roadside signs placed at highway interchanges. Limit greens so they don't blend in with landscaping and white so they don't blend with the snow in the winter.

What adjectives should best describe your print design?

Short and to the point - quick attention grabber

How will you use the print design?

These are roadside, real estate sized signs that will be placed along highway exit ramps. They need to convey simple, quick message because they will have little time for impact. We ultimately would like to convert the same design to a 13 foot tall wind banner.

What content must be included in the print design?

"text *****"
