We are an IT consulting company that specializes in managed services, network monitoring, server migration, web development and many other hardware and networking services. More about us can be found at www.aheliotech.com.

How many pages of print design do you need?

We are open to bi and tri-fold designs but feel a letter-sized single sheet group documents that would fit into a folder (our current layout) would be the most versatile layout and allow us to build additional ones as our services expand.

Depending upon the design and layout of the brochure, it could be from 1 to 6 pages (with folds). We are looking for a layout that would encompass all of our services.

We would like to keep it around a 8 1/2" x 11", but we are not restricted to that.

Describe the target audience for your print design

Our target market is medium to large organizations that need a full-service IT partner to consult and implement a secure and effective technology plan that oversees their software, hardware and networking assets.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?

1) Trust. They are trusting us with their most important assets.
2) Knowledgeable. Our staff has the knowledge and experience to address all of their technology needs.
3) Service. We are a Customer Service company that specializes in technology, not the other way around. We take our communication and interaction with our clients very seriously.

What print design styles do you like?

Looking for a clean design that utilizes color and white space well. We are open to bi and tri-fold designs but feel a letter-sized single sheet group documents that would fit into a folder (our current layout) would be the most versatile layout and allow us to build additional ones as our services expand. If photographs are used, we would want more people than technology use, giving the piece a more personable feel. We've attached a couple samples of designs we like. We prefer a similar feel as these, but not a copy at all. We are looking for something fresh and creative.

What colors do you want to see in your print design?

Our logo has a grey/tan look to it, so we are looking for rich, jewel colors to compliment it. Leaning more colors like a navy blue or hunter green. Pastels will wash out with the logo colors and I don't want to try and match it, but instead, compliment and contrast it.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?

Pastel or light colors. Neon colors won't work either.

What adjectives should best describe your print design?

Clean, easy-to-read, feeling of professionalism, trust and knowledge.

How will you use the print design?

We will use the layouts to add more content as we expand services. The end product will exist as PDF's that can be sent to clients and as printed material we can take for meetings.

What content must be included in the print design?

We are not as worried about content as we are about creative layouts. We are looking for copy placeholders that illustrate where main copy will go, testimonials, side bar copy or any other type of text areas that will be used.
