Who are your readers?

government and non-profit leaders from all sectors (education, health, workforce development, environment, etc)

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your readers with this design?

I have pictured diverse hands reaching for an elusive object that conveys measurable improvement. perhaps a graph with a trendline or an object that you can't really tell what it is.

Another image is a person or diverse people chasing after the object. Open to ideas

What colors do you want to see in your design?

Open on this.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your design?

No pink or neons. Traditional colors please

Describe the style(s) you like (traditional, modern, etc.)

open. probably modern

What content must be included in your design?

Nothing that I can think of right now

NOTE: Please leave space for a 2" by 1.2" white box in the lower right-hand corner of the book's back cover for the ISBN barcode. Images or text in the barcode location will be covered when the book is printed. Make sure you don't have any important elements where the barcode will be placed. Another possible idea... perhaps a knight in shining armour with some play on public service (like wearing a tie or being located in a public service setting)?

Most of the feedback I have gotten is to stay away from the armor of the holy grail imagery which is related to the title of the book, and to focus on the content of the book which is creating measurable improvements on quality of life issues in communities like healthy people, a clean environment, children succeeding in school, families economically self sufficient, etc.
