Who are your readers?

This book is for women and men who are interested in intelligent self-help and integrating physical, scientific, philosophical and spiritual insights into their lives.

Through the book readers will be encouraged to be their whole selves rather than try to emulate others ideas of who they should be.

It provides insights on authenticity.

Accept that being yourself means being complex, contradictory and beautiful
Sew together different insights from different disciplines to help you understand where you are now and how to get where you want to be
Do not live in your head - integrating means accepting that you are physical, emotional and spiritual
