What content must be included in the print design?

Front:
We need to have our logo,company name, phone number, keywords Design - Service - Installation, the BBB logo and Talk of the Town Logo, and the tagline "the ultimate in lighting design and installation." The front should also feature a large picture of home that stands out.

Inside Left:
The bottom left should have a space for our business card to placed in it.
Inside Right:
The bottom right side should have our logo, company name, phone number, and website (www.AToutdoorlighting.com)

Back:
This can feature several of the other lighting examples that have been provided. Feel free to look at our website for ideas on what categories the photos are featured under the portfolio section.

Insert:
Logo, Company name, and phone number. This will include brief explanation of our services with some pictures. Our services are lighting design, installation, and service. BBB logo, Kudzu, and Talk of the Town Logo will need to be on this as well.
