- The main character of the story is a free-spirited bare breasted, bare footed character who feels more at home in nature than in society. The setting for the story is a small town amidst high mountains. The picture attached in the description is the inspiration for the character. Roses do not need to be present in the cover image. If roses are to be present in the cover image, they should be wild roses, or a wild rose. The 'rose' comes from the character's middle name - Enna Rose.
Perhaps instead of modern, a more natural feel would work.

- A synopsis of the story: The Wandering Rose is about a free spirit, Enna Rose, who wanders the woods and the world bare breasted and bare footed. Enna lives between worlds, wild, independent and seeking the answers to why she was abandoned, if she is worthy of love and where she belongs in the world, if she belongs at all.
After raising herself in the woods, she tries to adapt to city life, then small town life. When the man she loves has a fatal accident, Enna finds herself becoming wilder than ever on a journey to find a place she can call home. This is a story of quiet, raw emotions, written in a type of poetic prose reminiscent of Paulo Coelho.
