What is the title or subject of your presentation?

Natural Insight wants to revamp their PowerPoint slides as the old one is getting a little dated.

How many slides do you need designed?

4 Slides
- Title Slide
- Section break (ex. "Section 2: Results")
- Standard presentation slide (with title, subtle, Page number, subtle "Natrual Insight" name and/or logo
- "Dark slide" in case we want to show screen shots against a dark background for a sleeker look.

What is your industry?

Workforce management. Natural Insight helps retailers organise their remote workforce (people who don't work in the store). They are all about making sure people do their tasks on time and then being able to report everything back to the organisation.

Describe the target audience for your presentation.

These presentations are business to business. They are used to show case the product and explain it's advantages.

What 3 things do you want to communicate to your audience through your presentation?

since this is a template only mandate, I think this is non applicable. But the general sense should be a company that is efficient and top of their class but also cool and able to be human. They are starting to use a lot of gamification techniques to engage users differently in a way that is more fun and human.

How do you intend to use this presentation (print, live, web, etc.)?

On screen, print, remote online meetings

What specific information must be included in the design?

"Natural Insight" logo and/or name must appear at every slide but can be pretty small.
The slogan "Fresher data, better decisions (R)" must be on every slide (but subtle)
Page number at every slide.

What character, tenor or spirit does your presentation need to communicate?

Need to make Natural Insight seems best of class, dynamic, innovative and professional. This is a business presenting to another business.

What colors do you want to see in your presentation?

colors are tough here. The logo uses a color gradient that goes from dark blue to yellow which makes it hard to pop on any background. The logo and text can be turned into one color for all slide except the title slide. Otherwise, whatever works.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your presentation?

Nothing specific

What presentation designs do you like?

Nothing specific come to mind. Most presentations suck :)
But I do like site like www.springwise.com" that use color rectangles and lots of white space.
Also presentations that use large fonts efficiently.

Do you want to include additional info?

I've attached what Natural Insight uses currently as templates as well as the vector file for the logo.
Right now, it's very stiff and corporate and uses a lot of pale orange which kind of makes it look like a basement from that 70's show. :)
