Creative brief

What is the title or subject of your presentation?

The slide templates are needed for regular PowerPoint presentations we use for our clients.

What do you do?

Our mission is to strengthen democracy and increase citizen engagement in Germany. To achieve this mission, we seek to strengthen the political and social sector by offering access to knowledge, people and tools that inspire to execute best in class solutions for the most pressing Societas issues.

Do you need a design for slide template(s) only or a full presentation?

We need a design for PowerPoint templates NOT a füll presentation.

How many slides do you need designed?

Slide templates are: 1) Welcome slide, 2) text only slide, 3) picture slides (for 1, 2 and 3 pictures max.), 4) end slide.

What is your industry?

We contribute to political decision making, reach out to voters, offer trainings, access to international knowledge resources and trans-sectoral networking at no cost to NGO and political staff.

Describe the target audience for your presentation.

Our audience derives from various sectors like politics, economy and NGOs.

What 3 things do you want to communicate to your audience through your presentation?

We work to build a 1) vibrant, inclusive democracy and 2) a strong social sector with engaged citizens and 3) accountable, responsive leaders.

How do you intend to use this presentation (print, live, web, etc.)?

The presentations are solely used live in a business environment.

What specific information must be included in the design?

Being based in Berlin, Germany, we'd love to see something about our city included in your suggestions plus the graphic implementation throuhg symbols of "communication", "interaction between people", "political commitment", "social media". We also need a rectangular area on each template to put our bi-colored (RGBs see below) company's logo in place.

What character, tenor or spirit does your presentation need to communicate?

The character of the presentation must be business orientated, yet modern. No photos should be used, simple and "flat" illustrations are preferred instead.

What colors do you want to see in your presentation?

Our CD includes red (185/6/24 RGB) and orange (242/148/0 RGB), so you could use shades of red, orange + grey and some black but only at low key.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your presentation?

Please focus on the preferred colors above.

What presentation designs do you like?

Clean, simple, modern, reduced to the basics.
