This was also a winning logo here on CrowdSpring. Although generally a pretty 'simple' concept, the figure was hand drawn to represent the companies philosophy.
Hands reaching up and down to help others.
Also each part of the body represents the initials. The 'T' being the arms, the left leg being the 'A' and the right leg obviously being 'G'.
It's not always immediately apparent, but once you see it, it tends to be obvious.
This was a factor in this logo winning this project.
