Description: The African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) at the West Group Corporation was looking for a new logo design and I was tapped to do it. I based this idea on some Shona Stone sculpture I had seen from Zimbabwe of a mother dancing with her child. I tinkered somewhat to make it a combination of equals (the group and the corporation) while using the corporate colors.
