This is a current competition piece that I've submitted for review to the House Committee on Ways and Means. This redesign has a large scope of needs on the main page, while having a need to project an image of trust, and while ushering them into a new era with the web and interactivity between we the people and our representatives in Government it also needed to maintain the traditions and prestige of this centuries old committee.
