This logo's main idea was to have a ribbon as mentioned by the buyer. The U in the logo was in accordance with the name of the firm. One of the hand of the u was short signifying part of the world who didnt struggle could never reach the peaks and those who did reached the peaks as well as shine and for this there is a oval shine on the sphere where it meets the second hand. The logo has been portrayed more like an emblem to create show its importance in the real world. There is also a blue diamond at the bottom signifying stability, strength, and the ability to shine.
