Description: Using a real-life photograph for reference, I make a basic outline of the strawberry. Next, I outline the shadows and highlights. I chose three colors for the strawberry, an all-over red as a midtone, a deeper shade of red for the shadows, and a lighter tint for highlights. Using Adobe Illustrator's mesh tool, I create a 3D effect adding shadow to the strawberry, color to the seeds, and highlights for the dripping chocolate.
