This was requested by a charity organization that tried to recruit salon workers to volunteer their time to give services to mothers of seriously ill children.
The organizer actually didn't have an idea of how the flier should look or what it should have on it. They only had a little bit of applicable copy so I actually not only came up with the illustration, but almost everything else here. I got a friend to write some of the copy, added some of my own, and edited down the charity's copy. I was more than the designer of this ad, I was its producer as well.
