CONCEPT:
The dictionary says property reffers to possesion, but the truth is that when you hear someone talking about a property, you don't think they have a watch, a car, or even a flat. When people hear "property" they immediately think of big houses, vast spaces, terrains, VALUE. And what do property owners do to protect it? They have gates, of course, so they have control over who steps on THEIR property.
Gates with initials on them are a timeless symbol for class, luxury and superiority. Many see the gates, but only a privileged few are granted acces to see what lies beyond them.
