Thermo King Corporation

Thermo King Corporation, a unit of Ingersoll Rand Co., was founded in 1938 and manufactures transport temperature control systems for trailers, truck bodies, buses, shipboard containers and railway cars. I wrote two internal newsletters, which meant interviewing everyone from the CEO and other senior executives to product designers, line managers, assemblers, safety personnel, painters, testers, human resources staff, vendor representatives and customers.
