Ideal Response stated that they "help companies communicate more effectively. Our product is designed to coach companies on what to say in any situation. We use email, cell phone and web sites." The client had been writing out the company name with a little "i" and big "D", as in iDeal Response. However, I felt that that resulted in a miscommunication. Having been trained by iMac, eBay, etc., writing the name as iDeal seemed to me to indicate they were involved in discount products. So I recommended against that. Instead, I chose to go with a visual play in Response. The "Re:" is instantly recognizable as a response to someone's correspondence. Further, keeping it a simple type solution conveyed a confidence in what the client provided: words, and the message that they convey. Finally, the shaded box was a subtle reference to text field inputs that we're all familiar with. It's a question to which their company provides the perfectly-fitting answer.
