Pestolero
Symbolic monogram for the on-line shop, which sells "Pesto" sauces. The most widespread sorts of pesto are "Pesto Verde" (green basil) and "Pesto Rosso" (red tomato). Since, the name sounds similar to "pistolero", the client asked to try some connotations with wild west and cowboy's stylistics.
Hence, the symbol is a stylized appearance of a moustached man wearing a cowboy hat, which forms "P" placed on the red tomato.
