December 2010 Newsletter (aka. the holidays edition)
Newsletter article -- for emailed newsletter, and post on the Web. Could be shared with seminar participants as well. Could end up in a blog post, or used in social media
1. Ways to energize -- give 5 concrete examples (could be anything).
2. Ways to destress -- give 5 concrete examples (could be anything
3. Conclude with the message that the focus on the holidays isn't about the stuff -- it's about you and your family and friends and so put yourself and the loved ones in your life first and take time out of the hussle and bussle of it all to appreciate the wonder of the holiday season
Not really -- could use playful title
In addition to the 3 things I want to communicate (above) -- I really just want a helpful and playful discussion that helps readers maintain some perspective about what the holidays are really about so they don't overstress and try to take on too much and miss out on the true joy and wonder of the season.
Funny -- playful -- give some solid "how to's" in a helpful and creative way. Also, end it by being touching -- giving some "ah ha" moment that touches the heart and brings perspective to these women who are in a mad rush and pressuring themselves to go overboard.
