Vehrify is a fresh approach to commercial telephone ordering of auto parts using mobile devices and web technology. It enables mechanics to scan and transmit vehicle information to parts counter staff, and to receive an active view of order information and relevant promotions. This speeds up the ordering process while visual feedback reduces errors and captures the mechanic’s attention to facilitate suggestive selling.

1. Our app improves results for our customers through visual feedback (symbolically, an eye)
2. Association with Vehrity, Inc. (v-shape) (Yes, the company and the app are spelled differently)
3. Speed/accuracy

(note, the background V is Presley Press Extra Bold; the foreground is Bank Gothic)
Interested in Web 2.0 style for the app icon.
Primarily red (R171, G5, B52) and white
Planning on just the two colors above (with shading).
Clean, strong, masculine. Mechanical?
Here's my initial concept (riffs and alternatives encouraged!): Imagine a 3-D looking red glossy chiclet. Emboss a horizontal football shape (representing an eye) into the chiclet. Make a round dome in the floor of the football representing the iris of the eye, and map a white triangular shape (representing the V in Vehrify, perhaps italic to represent speed) onto the surface of the dome (or floating above it), maybe with the bottom point of the triangle aligned with the center of the dome.
