In a word. "SIMPLICITY." Simple shapes. Simple designs.
How many different icons do you need designed?
2 a small and a big.
Do you have specific size requirements for the icons?
Apple has several measurement standards for the iPod, iPhone, iPhone 4 (Retina Display), and iPad. A 57 x 57 pixels (Small Icon) and a 512 x 512 pixels (Big Icon). All Icons HAVE to be vector-based! I will not accept any bitmapped images. I need to be able to scale these Icons up and down without it looking terribly pixelized.
What icon design styles do you like?
I like the simple ones. Standard Apple Icon Boxes with curved corners. NO SQUARES with sharp corners!
What colors do you want to see in your icon design?
Dark Grey. Light Green - Lime Green. White - Light Grey.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your icon design?
Colors that aren't White, Grey, or Green.
What adjectives should best describe your icon design?
Simple. Intuitive. To the point. I'd like to see a half of a barn with a animal's silhouette inside, and a money sign "$" on that animal. I want the animal to be green the barn to be light grey, and the background to be dark grey. I've attached an image with the exact specifications i've asked for below to clear up any confusion.
