This brochure will be used to attract investors to the company. These may be high-wealth individuals or people who work with investors for instance financial advisors and investors relations people, While we cannot talk about investing directly, the brochure should be geared to peaking thier interest.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through these materials?

We monetize cutting-edge innovation using already proven and funded research to create companies that address world-wide problems.

We create many companies, currently we have two, with the intention of taking the product from the research phase to commercialization phase and then we exist through IPO or merger and acquisition.

Our company’s products are have millions of dollars of research conducted before we every develop them for commercialization so a lot of the expensive and time consuming research and development is already completed before we create the new company.

What do you need done?

We have a number of articles that need to be rewritten. They need to become more concise in conveying the message and easy to understand by the reader. These articles will then be placed in a corporate brochure. While they are different in specific content, they are similar in message and overlap. The articles should remain about the same in length in that we are also laying out the brochure at the same time.

Please submit copy for page one (CEO message) and one of the two articles on that same page. This way we can evaluate and provide feedback prior to re-writing the rest of the artilces.

The persona for the company should be reflected in the writing. This must have a corporate feel that conveys intelligence, corporate responsibility and a professional identity as well as innovativeness, creativity and cutting edge in attitude and technological breakthroughs
