Brief updates

- Hi Creatives- We just decided on a new tagline that you may want to incorporate or "play off of." It is- Find Toto- Making your pet "the talk of the town." We also want the information on the poster to make the lost pet owner run to their computer and sign up immediately as it will only increase their chances of getting their pet back, for our audience to also clearly understand why this system works and that their neighbors DO want to help them. A common objection we get is "I don't want to bother my neighbors" I hope this additional information helps and I look forward to seeing more submissions.

- We've decided to start branding what we do as the "Toto Alert" just as Amber Alert is branded for missing childrend, Toto Alert will be for missing pets. Can you tie this in? Something like, Your children have the Amber Alert and now your pets have the Toto Alert....?? You're the pro's so I'll let you run with it! Thank you for all your submissions.

- Hi Creatives,
Thank you for being patient with us as we do have several projects going on at once. Here is some feedback for everyone. We're finding that we are wanting to combine some of your ideas together which means we're still somewhat creating it and for some reason we're still not being "pulled in" yet. I know there is a lot of information on the details/project brief but not everything on there has to be on the poster. Think about if you lost your pet and have already done the normal routine and then went into your local animal shelter or vet and they too turn you away and say "Sorry we don't have your pet." As you begin to leave feeling hopeless and upset, what kind of (poster content) would captivate you to stop, read, and make you want to run out the door seconds later to order our services? THAT'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. Thank you!

- Hi all,
We just wanted to let you know that we've issued a cS award to user "tomgski" for their great work - congrats, tomgski!
If you're wondering why the full award wasn't given out, well, unfortunately, the buyer in this project has asked for a refund. And, because we offer buyers a money-back guarantee, sometimes we have to make good on that promise. In these cases, we refund the entire award (and our project fee) and pay the creative a cS award out of our own pockets. We've promised that every single project will be awarded - no matter what - and this is our way of honoring that promise. While we can't always pay the full award in every case, the winning creative is also free to keep the rights to all their work and do with it what they want. We hope you understand...
Thanks so much for participating and see you around the site,
The crowdSPRING crew
