Real Estate and Construction
Quality, Minimalism and a strong foundation.
We prefer image + text, if the image and the text merged, that might be interesting. We are looking for an intelligent logo similar to the F1 logo.
We like how the leaf is hidden in the G-- intertwining the image and the text.
We like the bold font and image looks good on sign boards when back light during night.
The company is a sister concern of a 40 year old construction company that does contract buildings for private and catholic institutions. Now Cumins estates was created to explore the contruction and sale of real-estate—ranging from residential to commecial properties. The company is based in the fast growing Bangalore city, a southern Indian city that is known for its IT industry.
-OUR TARGET AUDIENCE -
People looking to buy Homes that are based in Bangalore, India. Currently the company is targeting the middle-income sector, however our long tem vision is to cover all sectors of society.
- OUR PRODUCT/SERVICE?
Our main focus is quality without compromise, in a world where quality is always compromised in the sphere of budget real-estate development. At the helm of the company are Architects and Civil engineers that give priority to aesthetic as much as functionality and practicality. Our USP is bridging the gap between quality and affordability.
At the moment we do not have one. But we would love suggestions.
-TYPOGRAPHIC PREFERANCE? (Heavy, light, modern, classic, etc…)
We prefer a classic Serif font in the like of Bodoni and Garamond.
-SPECIFIC IMAGES OR ICONS TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE LOGO?
Nothing specific, although something connected to the spice cumin or real-estate or neither. Since this company is a sister concern it may be important to note that after years of hard work could this company be established- almost like a new beginning.
-SPECIFIC COLOURS WE LIKE?
Shades of Brown, beige, metallic gold
-COLOURS TO AVOID?
Any dark and dull colours
