Above all, this logo should be inspirational and remind people of a sense of purpose, as well as conveying a sense of finality. Once the clock runs out, it's over and done. There is no 2nd chance.
Urgency - The task that our clients have entrusted us with is urgent. It must be done now, well, and with finality.
Advocacy - We are the advocate for someone during a time of need. They are relying on us to defend them and be an advocate for their cause.

I like the style of logo that will get the job done and convey the impact of the message, so I'm leaving that up to you mostly. However, I don't see this as a "mark" style or heavy graphic style like the Nike swoosh. I see it as mostly text that has some character. Feel free to add in an image if you feel it is necessary to get the point across.

While the word "Shot" is in the logo, and there are circle shaped letters, do not use a crosshair or scope image. We are not shooting anyone. :)
