Maybe something using opening Gates with small people walking through.. like the Golden Gates, but more in symbolic form or swooshes, Like on top of Gateway Recruiting. Might like that, would like to see a few others, and we are voting inside our company.

One thing I do like is cleanliness as well, big fan of Sprint and Bank of America logos.. very simple and clean..
