Play on Words: Hawk + Stone + CrossFit (Fun, Attractive, Its not a Football Team Mascot but the Name of the Gym - this will be a Team name and used at Competitions - Catchy Logo)

I am looking for a Logo that represents "Hawkestone CrossFit".
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brad of Fitness.It is practiced by approximately 4,400 affilated gyms, Hawkestone CrossFit will be Mississaugas newest CrossFit Affilate in town - and it is owned my Two Females! One is an Reebok sponorsed athelete, and the other a Crossfit Athlete with a F/T Marketing Job.
We've choosen"Hawkestone" because
a) There 4,400 Crossfit gyms out there and ALOT of names are taken
b) Its the Street Name we are located on and
c) A Hawk is a pretty amazing creature, and we feel there is alot of play for a Logo, a symbol/mascot, etc.
If you aren't familar with the CrossFit style Gyms and Fitness regimen - GOOGLE IT!
There is alot more information out there, and you will see its a garage style gym, that offer Instructor Lead classes (In CrossFit we call this WODs - workout of the Day), and it combines Stregnth and Conditioning work.
HAWK Part:
We think Hawks are pretty awesome, alot to play off of here for a Mascot, or just in the inspiration behind the play on words - Hawkestone CrossFit.
In the CrossFit world you are constantly competing between Gyms, so not only will our Logo be painted on our Wall, it will be printed on T-Shirts, Water-Bottles, Gym bags, etc.
We are inspired by the Color Palette of Purple, Black, and Grey/White.
We want it to be "clean" nothing to detailed (as you see from above we need to reproduce it alot).
Hawks are strong Powerful Birds - however, we dont want it to be too intimidating (CrossFit is already scary to many), and we are Female at the end of the day!
Think - Wings/Wing Span/Whole bird/ Simple ourline/ Played with the Name
vs.
fierce claws and attack position.... Maybe there is even a play on "Stone" we light weights after all!
Distinct Font (use on Website, In Gym Front Sign, etc.)
Would love to see a Black/White version - as well as Color so we can have access to both.
The Final Logo should communicate the CrossFit beliefs, show our indiduval spirt, and help out stick out from the rest. We are partners
