My company will allow energy consumers to choose the most appropriate electricity tariff for themselves in the Turkish market. Since being able to choose your electricity provider is a relatively new concept for Turkey, I expect my target customers will not be very knowledgeable about the process to switch suppliers and therefore also be a bit hesitant.
