This is a worship service in the United Methodist tradition. The central image is a ROUND table. We will actually be making a round wooden table to be the centerpiece of our gathering, and then we will take this same table into the community during the week to serve people. For example, we might serve hot dogs at the local trailer park or coffee at a bus stop. Our carpenter is going to base the actual table on the logo, so that there will be a connection between the two.
So, the main image of this service is a round table that is open, busy, active, and overflowing with generosity and good things, diverse things, child-oriented things. (Especially food)
The target audience of this worship gathering is children and families, so we would like our logo to reflect this and be especially attractive/eye-catching to this audience.
