What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)

Simple logo with image incorporated into text (or next to text).
Should be very polished and professional in appearance.
Open to a variety of colors including black, green, blue, purple and orange. Use no more than three colors, ideally one or two colors.
Ideas to consider incorporating:
- incorporate a "growth" line (such as an upward zig-zagging growth arrow such as those associated with well-performing stocks)
- computer image (mouse, monitor, etc)
- no image (creative text instead)
- other?

After seeing some of the results I'd like to clarify what we're looking for...

Please focus on the "surge" element when incorporating images or designs. The word "surge" refers to the dramatic increase in website traffic and niche authority that our company is able to create (ie. "surge" ahead of your competitors in terms of website traffic, income, niche authority, PR, etc).

When implementing a creative aspect that conveys "surging forward", consider this definition of surge: "To move suddenly and powerfully forward or upward"

Here's further clarification...

We're starting to focus more on a logo that incorporates a zig zagging chart line such as this image: http://goo.gl/drVr1

IMPORTANT: this image isn't exactly what we want, but gives you a good ides.... the zig zag we want should start at a low level around the same average level then "jump" up quickly to zig zag at a higher average level). Please contact me with questions, and thanks for your time!
