- Hi all,
Just a quick note to let everyone know that it is not OK for a buyer to request that participants copy or use a unique concept or element that has been introduced by another Creative, such as pointing out specific entry numbers that they like.
Our Standards of Conduct specifically states "You should never accept instructions from a buyer if those instructions ask you to violate this code of conduct or another person's intellectual property rights (such as a request that you copy the elements of a design or written work submitted by another creative)." We work hard to keep this community as a level playing field and we should all play within the rules to maintain this.
In the meantime, we have removed the buyer's comments which refer to specific work submitted. Thanks so much for your participation and hard work!
