What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

1. This is THE single biggest/best event of the year for Cirrus owners and pilots.
2. This year's theme is broader than years past and also includes excursions for couples and families.
3. This year's theme will also include speakers/topics geared towards adventure travel and creative uses of general aviation aircraft.

What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)

Very open to fresh, creative ideas. The logo should include the text "M11 and "Gulf Coast Adventures". There are no restrictions on color. It might be nice to include some graphical image that exemplifies the gulf coast region of the United States. But this is not a requirement.

This logo is being created for the Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association (COPA) www.cirruspilots.org. Each year COPA organizes a large fly-in 3-4 day event/convention called "Migration". This is the 11th year it is being held, which is why the event is referred to as "M11". The theme and subtitle for this years event is "Gulf Coast Adventures". Typically this event is held at a hotel/convention center and includes lectures, social events, exhibitor demos, etc. This year the event will be based in Mobile, AL at the convention center. However, we are also adding numerous "adventures" before and after the main 3 day event, such as diving, sightseeing, fishing, Naval Airbase tours, etc. We are looking for a logo for the M11 event that we can use for a various marketing purposes (online and print).
