What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
We love (Image + Text) and (Text Only) styles.
We are looking for a logo that is not part for a trend, but unique and has longevity. So, please, don't use shadows and gradients.
We like minimalism and "retro" (vintage?) style and just few elements in a logo, to be easy to understand and read. It should be recognizable during the next 50 years :)

I'd like to say that we are used to ask you about all details, such as: concept, proportions, typo, colors, rhythm, letter spacing, alignment... I mean, everything should be well explained, if you don't have a good reason to do what you did, could be hard to convince us about your entry. Well, we know that sometimes is very difficult do explain some points, don't be in panic we guide you through the answers and try together to find a good explanation :)

Please, don't make distinction between "Don" and "ability". Donability is a single word (neologism) formed by Donate + Ability, but it's not a compound name, it's unique, just a first name for the startup company.
We are not a bank/big corporate, we are looking for a startup logo, clean, timeless and at the same time, unique and cool.

When we say "minimalist" we don't necessarily say Helvetica and non-serif type face. For us, minimalism means few elements, not more than 3 colors, no shadows, flat shapes, easy to read.
We love BLUE, PURPLE, WHITE, BLACK, GREY. (please, try to avoid using blue and purple together).

- We consider to use some kind of "stamp" as an icon, please take a look at General Assembly's logo:
Maybe using "D" inside the stamp looks good. Give it a chance :)

I give an insight right now! Why don't use a battery to express the ability to "charge" some expectation or charge a campaign with money... It can be a worst idea, or not. I'm not a designer, so if you thinks it's completely non-sense, please don't take it into consideration.
