This is just a suggestion and I am open to alternatives.
I'd like something that looks good on the website, but simple enough to embroider on a shirt.
I've worked with designers quite a bit, and believe you will find me a reasonable person to work with. I'm obviously not an artist, but quite fluent with Photoshop and know what's possible and what's not.

First off, I would like to apologize for not providing any feedback. I have had a crazy week. New office lease signed, furniture shopping, client issues, etc.
I will personally respond to every design by the close of business this Friday.
For anyone else submitting a design, I would like to clarify a few points.
1) I do not want the initials "CD" to be utilized in the logo. The American pubilc has it burned into their brain that CD is a compact disc. I do not want to fight that with my brand.
2) Out of everything I've seen so far, I like "Carolina Digital" to be all one line. I also believe I prefer all caps, "CAROLINA DIGITAL," in some of those nice high tech looking fonts that have been used.
3) For those of you that are trying my Palmetto and Crescent moon idea, here are some important subpoints.
a) A palmetto tree is not the same as a regular palm tree. Palmettos are more bushy and do not have long ferns, and nothing that hangs downward.(unless it is dying, and we don't want a dying tree in this logo) Please google an image or consult the SC state flag for reference.
b) The size proportion and relative position as seen in the SC state flag must remain the same. That being the tree is larger than the moon, and the moon is off to the upper left of the tree. The horizontal space between them is the only thing that is flexible. It is okay to make horizontal space between the two shorter, BUT NOT wider.
I know your time is important, so if you have already created something, please wait for my feedback before you attempt another submission. I promise you it is coming. I'm in no hurry on this and will extend the deadline if necessary.
Thanks again for your patience and participation!
