Thank you for the responses so far.

I've had some mixed responses & a running theme where the brand could be mistaken for a company that sells transport, flights, hikes or tours.

*Dimension: The main logo (see the brief) needs to fit in a social media profile pic, which is square, so best use of that shape & logo to work in a small size will be key.

The whole sentence "Round The World made easy" as I said in the brief, will appear next to the logo on the site (but not necessarily in the profile pic). If you want to highlight letters the R, T, W, m, e are the important ones as they make up the URL RTWme.

Just to clarify, it's about helping people plan their trip, by simplifying the steps
I don't know whether this will complicate things further but I've added 2 things to the brief.

a Zip folder of some styles of ICONS I like that can be found on the link to shutterstock in the brief.

Also, if going down the "easy steps" route complicates things further, it's not as easy as 1,2,3 but simpler & quicker than weeks of researching. Link to some examples I like:

Maybe 4 boxes could be 4 of the planning icons budget, plan, schedule & globe or go or beach.

Process: I'd like to shortlist the overall feel of the logo. Please don't send me lots of colour ways or minor alternatives in the early stages. I assume that will be done at shortlist stage. Thanks.
