GREEN Environmentally friendly
Is a coffee operation (roasting/retail) that is located in an active west coast city and “geared” towards the cycling and healthy lifestyle community. We are strategically located near central bike hub routes. We also sell the highest quality coffee roast to local coffee shops and espresso drinks to our customer’s through our own retail locations.
Our passion for cycling has prompted Ventoux to target a healthy lifestyle customer that is looking to start their day off right in a friendly relaxing coffee/espresso environment. Because our customers are active doesn’t mean they are not looking for a relaxing environment where they can recharge, meet new and old friends, and enjoy the highest quality cappuccino.
Our roasting operation looks to deliver the majority of our roast by bicycle to local independent coffee shops throughout the metro area. Our expansion into other urban cities will follow. By delivering roasted beans by bicycle we are depicting not only a healthy organization but also an organization that is committed to the environment. Our goal at Ventoux is to maintain a sustainable energy efficient operation that has as minimal a carbon footprint as possible. Being GREEN will be part of our DNA.
Our name originated from the extremely grueling and difficult mountain stage in the Tour De France, Mt. Ventoux. Europeans have been passionate about cycling and coffee for hundreds of years and the biking experience many European’s enjoy revolves around the coffee shop. Enjoying a pleasant ride to the coffee shop to meet friends or enjoying a latte on your morning commute is traditional in France and all around Europe. Ventoux’s goal is to bring this experience to the growing cycling community in this city while providing healthy foods and snacks for the active/healthy coffee drinker.
Our goal is to showcase a logo that captures the spirit of the historic Tour De France mountain stage of Mt. Ventoux , highest quality coffee and espresso drinks, and the active/green/health conscious customer. The combination of Cycling, Coffee, Active Lifestyle, while depicting environmentally GREEN is what we are looking for in a logo.
