About the project:

Brand identity for our newest real estate development. It is a small (niche) contemporary high-end gated community of 17 homes within a much larger gated community of circa 2,000 homes. That means exclusivity (without the snobbery).

Our gated community consists of homes between 350-450 m2 (3,700-4,800 sq.feet) within land lots of 400-600m2 (4,305-6,500 sq.feet) . It is a very simple development design by a renown Catalan (Spain) architectural firm in the last undeveloped lot within the city's most successful macro gated community.

For those who asked and for those who were thinking of asking, we added a file with the tree species in the gated community driveway. We hope this is useful in case you needed it.
Update 18-Sep-13 GMT
Guys! Great job so far! We are so pleased with the results as of right now that we decided to assure the project! Thanks for all your hard work!
Update 18-Sep-13 GMT
We apologize for a probable misunderstanding. In the renders we uploaded the architect has projected 3-4 palm trees. The main tree species for the gated community will be the Mexican Sicomore (Platanus Mexicana) or similar (also uploaded some material regarding the trees). We are actually debating on eliminating the palm trees from the development given that we don't find them to be the best fit (no conclusions yet). So, if our brief or files unintentionally confused you we apologize!

Also, just because we are commenting on this issue, and because we recently uploaded and commented on the specific tree specie, please DON'T assume we have a special interest to portray or use this tree as the symbol of the project! There are some great logos inspired by this design element but this is not something to zero in.
