First off, thank you for viewing my project brief. I am extremely excited to be setting up this new venture that will be a success on all fronts.
This logo has a lot of meaning and spirit behind it. I am a Maori from New Zealand and I want to be able to reflect my culture in this design but put a modern twist on it. I also want it to reflect the name of the company and its purpose.
Our Company name
The company name has a lot of meaning behind it and ties into the purpose of what we do.
FAR represents the journey that we have embarked on to deliver our purpose, whether its how far we have travelled or how far we have to go
KNOW signifies the knowledge we gain on this journey. It is about how we grow as individuals, family and as a company.
Combined it symbolises the ethos of our company as we understand that life is a journey, but with a good plan in place and an openness to learn, everyone will thrive from it.
Far-Know was born to deliver on two promises:
1. To create a successful people to people business where relationships really matter.
2. To use our resources and knowledge to set up our social enterprise, Far Know Engage, to make a bigger difference to our wider networks.
We don’t consider ourselves B2C or B2B. We are a people business. Far-Know is our vehicle, but we deal person to person. Relationships matter to us and it doesn’t matter if our connection is as a Customer, Supplier, Employee, Contractor, or Taxperson it’s how we engage that counts… (OK…. maybe we don’t love the taxperson as much, but we will try)
This is the parent company. The vast majority of people finding out about Far-Know are investors, future employees and suppliers.
Biz Cards - Please allow room for QR codes to be added to them... I want something stiking and powerful that will WOW people..... Tech Focused.....

My initial thoughts are to keep it simple.... Just Black and White.
I am also thinking a grey or different shade of black or white to highlight any details that you feel would benefit the design.
I would also like to see a creative spin on colour.
For all future spin offs of the Far-Know business I have a vision that the ? design in the middle of the logo would change colour and the circle would stay t
