Endpoint.com needs to redesign its website. We are excellent programmers and developers, but unskilled designers. We need a front-end theme and design for our website. We will do the programming, but we need someone to develop a theme for us, according to a rough layout (see the attached .pdf).
We expect the following deliverables: 1. Design for homepage (as PSD file) 2. Design for content/landing page (aka 'node' page) (as PSD file) 4. Design for Staff Bio page (as PSD file)
With a change/update to the creative brief, some more time for creatives to adjust and revise their projects.
NOTE: the array of nodes below the main rotating image should be somewhat interchangable: any given area of the site may or may not have 1-3 case studies, 2-6 blog posts or articles, and 1-3 team members. In other words, it will be a free array of boxes/circles/whatever you design. Please try to avoid hard-coding a design that treats case studies as one element, blog posts as another, and staff profiles as yet another design: they all may get mixed together in an array on the page (depending on content available).
Designers: please watch your vertical spacing for the large images in the top carousel section: we want the user to see that the tiles (case studies, blog posts, staff profiles) will sort dynamically as they click through the menus, or as the carousel rotates automatically.
If your top image uses too much space and hides the tiles below the fold, this dynamic function is hidden to the user, and the overall page loses some of it's impact.
We're running into the holidays, with people leaving town and not having enough time to review the images. We like the progress, but we just need more time to decide, please.
BTW, this is a great site for finding creatives!
NOTE: if your design requires the purchase of stock photography or buying the rights to 3rd party illustrations, we will not use it.
If you want to remove your design and resubmit with license-free photos or with illustrations that you have the rights (and will grant us usage of those illustrations), then please resubmit.
