We own 7 Apartment Communities and are always looking to purchase more, our corporate website needs to appeal not only to investors but also residents looking for a new home.

We are an Eco conscious ownership company

We are a professional but still down to earth company
How is your company different from your competitors?
While many Apartment owners are in it for the profit, we give 75% of our profits to charity organizations. We also live and work where are communities are located so that we aren't some out of state owner just guessing what our residents are looking for in a new home. We are dedicated to bringing earth friendly products to the Apartment Industry.
What website design styles do you like?
Our current website is located at Nesselinc.com but has too much Flash and takes way to long to load. I like the clean lines of the site and the muted colors but also the simple navigation. Anything too complicated and we risk losing our prospects.
What colors do you want to see in your website design?
Blues and Greens but anything is welcome
What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?
Really anything goes but remember that we are a company trying to sell a product.
